A little bit about me...
I have always been interested in Art and Design, excelling in the subject at school and going on to study an Art and Design Diploma at Brighton College. I then obtained a Fashion Marketing BA Honour Degree at Northumbria University.
I worked as the Fashion and Beauty Editor of National Magazine, Mizz for 8 years. I loved every minute of my work there; writing articles, styling fashion and beauty shoots and maintaining the website. It was a fantastic opportunity and allowed me to use my creativity every day.
A slight career change into marketing furthered my skills in social media, PR, creating campaigns and much more.
Over the last 6 years I have organised a Vintage and Craft Market in my local town of Tunbridge Wells and also in Rotherfield, East Sussex.
Nearly 40 stallholders attend these events selling their stunning crafts and fine vintage-ware. I design the advertising posters for each event, run the social media campaigns, talk to local press to gain editorial and advertise.
I am now mum to Ethan and Emily. We live in a lovely little cottage in Tunbridge Wells and enjoy weekend trips to National Trust sites, walks along the beach and exploring new places.
Since running the Market, I have come across many start-ups and small businesses who would love a website but have no idea where to begin. Either they don't have time, a large enough budget or have just given up doing it themselves as they found it overwhelming. So, I decided to set up my own website design business to help those in need.
I want to make the process of designing your website fun, simple and straight forward. No needless jargon included!
